Individual Blogs

Michael’s Model Railways An excellent narrow gauge modeller who always has some excellent projects on the go.

Steve’s Narrow Gauge Adventure Another superb narrow gauge modeller, ‘First’ being a wonderful first model railway.

Chris Ford Ace modeller, also the author of several inspiring modelling books.

Chris Nevard Model Railways Ace photographer. Ace modeller.

Phil’s Workbench A new post everyday from Phil, who works for BRM. Phil is a talented modeller himself.

Paxton Road The online home of James Hilton, a forward-thinking modeller who is also quite the artist.

The Model Railways of Oly Turner and Chris Matthews An excellent blog by two excellent modellers. They describe their output as ‘finescale…ish,’ which is somewhat harsh!

O9 Modeller Colin Peake built a stunning 00 gauge layout in a box file, however he has now turned his attentions to narrow gauge, with excellent results.

Playing Trains Bob Hughes’ mantra is that toy trains are to be played with. And that he does.

Real Railways

Telford Steam Railway My local preserved railway. Small, but always good fun.

Foxfield Railway An excellent heritage line that carries passengers, but also has access to the former colliery site at Dilhorne.
